Brand Identity / Experience / Environment Design
As a part of a collaboration project The High Street, the aim is to challenge the British conventions and deliver a brand new expression of the High Street.
My food stall, which is OUR KITCHEN, was designed according to the theme of innocence, which aim to be innocent in both the concept and the space design. In the aspect of the concept, it is innocent for the environment and the community. The food packaging and branding materials are produced from recycled resources, and the food we serve is made from locally sourced ingredients, which allows the sales turnover to be invested back in the local area. In relation to space and branding designs, minimal colour palette and materials are used to achieve a sense of organic and natural. The open space around the main market stall encourages individuals to socialise and interact with each other. Overall, the design is trying to deliver a casual outdoor street food experience as comfortable as in our own kitchen.
